Description

This is a variation of Butterkäse that I developed because I wanted a cheese that was firm enough to slice yet so soft and rich that it was almost knife-spreadable. This is a high-yielding cheese with a short aging time — only 4 weeks — and it’s an easy crowd pleaser. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
